At Sarikaaa, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love what you buy from us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our 7-day replacement policy ensures a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.
1. Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags, labels, and invoice.

Damaged, used, or altered items will not be eligible for replacement.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

Customized or tailored products

Items purchased during clearance or final sale
3. Replacement Process

Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order via email or phone.

Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for replacement (with photos if applicable).

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Once approved, the replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.
4. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will only be issued if a replacement product is not available.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after verification.
6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item/damaged product), Sarikaaa will cover the return shipping charges.

For other reasons (e.g., size issue, dislike of product), the customer may need to bear return shipping costs.
