  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped, along with tracking details.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Partners

  • We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Standard and express shipping options may be available depending on your location.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days

  • Metro Cities in India: 4–6 business days

  • Other Locations in India: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on selected products or minimum order value (if applicable, will be mentioned during checkout).

  • Standard Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment status on the courier partner’s website.

 

6. Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply if you request us to dispatch the order again.

 

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, Sarikaaa ships only within India. We are working to expand our services to international customers in the future.

 

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • While we strive to deliver on time, Sarikaaa is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
